As a buyer's representative, I am a buyer's advocate in the home buying process including guidance to resources for crucial neighborhood, schools, crime and property condition information.  In addition, I bring negotiating skills and real expertise to insure a smooth closing process.  As a seller's representative, I bring 16 years of experience to the marketing of your home and closing of the sale.  I have distinct experience in negotiating through home inspections, repairs and title issues.  As a principal broker, I supervise our agents in their real estate duties.  I provide transaction review for state compliance, risk mangagement, train agents and oversee agent continuing education.
